Sri Mrityunjayan Seva Foundation: Reviving Ancient Wisdom for Modern Wellness
Established in 2023, Sri Mrityunjayan Seva Foundation is a heartfelt non-profit organization born from the vision to revive and restore the timeless knowledge of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Vedic sciences. Rooted in the spirit of seva (selfless service), our foundation serves as a bridge between the profound wisdom of India’s ancient traditions and the modern world’s pressing needs for holistic health, mental wellness, community empowerment, and cultural education.
Our foundation was inspired by the realization that ancient Indian sciences hold the power to transform individual lives and entire communities — not just in terms of physical health, but emotional resilience, spiritual clarity, and social harmony. With the blessings of the divine and the legacy of sages, we began this journey with a single intention: to heal the body, uplift the mind, and nourish the soul.
At Sri Mrityunjayan Seva Foundation, our mission is multi-dimensional:
To promote holistic health through Ayurveda and Yoga.
To empower rural and urban communities through skill development and education.
To raise awareness on mental health and emotional wellbeing.
To support women and youth through culturally rooted programs.
To preserve and spread Vedic knowledge for the benefit of all.
We believe that every human being deserves to live with self-reliance, dignity, and purpose, and we work tirelessly to create opportunities that make this vision a reality.
Ayurveda is more than a medical system — it is a lifestyle that harmonizes the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life. At the heart of our foundation’s work is the promotion and dissemination of Ayurvedic wisdom through accessible education, practical workshops, and personalized consultation.

Our women-centric initiatives include pre-natal and post-natal care programs, hormonal balance workshops, menstrual health awareness, and self-care practices from Ayurveda.
We conduct mental health awareness programs, group therapy circles, yoga and meditation workshops, and spiritual retreats to promote emotional resilience and inner balance.
With training in natural product making, herbal farming, and wellness entrepreneurship, we encourage youth to embrace sustainable livelihoods rooted in traditional knowledge.
From Vedic chanting classes and Sanskrit lessons to community libraries and digital learning hubs, we aim to preserve cultural identity while opening doors for rural development.
Our work is not possible without the support of volunteers, well-wishers, and conscious donors. Whether you are an aspiring student, a wellness enthusiast, a healthcare professional, or simply someone who wants to serve, there is a place for you at Sri Mrityunjayan Seva Foundation.
